The Southern 500 is back and we were there. It was exciting to be at the first Southern 500 run at night. Who would have guessed that 50 year old Mark Martin would win. It was a great race with a lot of cautions. Michael Waltrip's car lit up the night when it caught on fire but thankfully he was okay. We look forward to more Southern 500's in the years to come.

Darlington is a great racetrack. Traffic was not bad and they keep the facility very clean. It was hot day but as the sun went down it turned out to be a great night!
